"Best faucet light I have owned" September 20, 2007
This is my second go round with faucet lights, the other one was a bit longer, and in a bathroom sink it does not leave you much room to put a cup under it. This H2GLOW is a bit more compact and appears to be more durable that the other brand. I am going to try this out for awhile, and possibly order more. It is an attention getter for sure. My grandchildren know when it is red not to stick their hands in the water, which is a good thing. How many times do you wait for the water to get warm and keep sticking your hand in the stream to see if it is warm yet. Well this takes all the guess work out of it. I enjoy the convenience, and my friends and guest, think it is the neatest thing. Oh yes, and one other thing, when you get up in the middle of the night and don't turn the lights on it acts as a night lite. It is also, great when you loose power, wala, turn the water on and there is light.

What a wonderful product! Very easy to install. It works well and the product itself is nice looking. Add the fact H2GLOW upgrades your bathroom, it makes your water safe and fun.

"The nightlight surprise?" September 21, 2007
One night I stumbled in the dark kitchen for a glass of
water. I was half asleep and didn't turn on the overhead
light. I turned the water faucet on and a beam of blue
light lit up the room. At first it startled me, since I
wasn't expecting it, then I was glad I wouldn't have to
turn on a brighter light to find a glass. I didn't have
to put my hand in the stream to see if it was the right
temperature.
This is a great product that does what it claims to do.
It was simple to install. The instructions were easy. I
didn't have to worry about anything being too delicate
that it might break. I am recommending it to my friends
and family. It is still a surprise to hear friends say
"wow, what's this?" when they turn the water on. That is
quickly followed by "how do I get one?"

I have to say that Wow I'm very impressed about your customer service. I'm so happy about the way you are handling this, you got back to me so quickly and your solution was better than I expected. I work in sales at Best Buy and I know how far customer service can go. You guys are amazing. I will let that be known. Thanks a ton. Other companies should be learning from the example you are setting.
